Terms & NDA Standards

Welcome to launchmate.online ("LaunchMate"). These Terms and Non-Disclosure Standards govern the technical tracking delivery services provided to global brands.

1. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unlike typical SaaS organizations that hold your tracking custom scripts hostage inside proprietary servers:

• Complete Ownership: Once the technical implementation is complete and payment is settled, 100% of the custom Cloudflare Worker scripts, React DataLayers, and sGTM triggers belong to you.
• No Recurring Surcharges: LaunchMate does not charge ongoing license fees on intellectual properties. We compile and hand over raw code assets directly to your company's repositories or accounts.

2. Standard Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Due to our access to your GTM credentials, Shopify/WooCommerce sandboxes, and ad platform conversions manager accounts, we operate under strict mutual confidentiality protocols:

• Confidential Metrics: Ad spend values, conversion totals, products sold, IP addresses, and custom pixel configurations are protected. We sign unilateral standard NDAs with our clients before auditing pipelines.
• No Side Dissemination: We do not disclose client list identities or custom technical hacks without active written permission from your managing engineering team.

3. Warranty and Event Match SLAs

Our setups carry an industry-leading tracking SLA. We commit to a target Event Match Quality (EMQ) rating of 8.5 out of 10 or above on Meta Conversions API for standard checkout actions, provided your site data layer collects correct primary PII (first name, email address, phone) during the cart checkout cycle.

4. Service Audits & Re-Calibration

If major changes are made on your site code (such as changing an entire CMS, moving to headless, or altering a design layout) that break existing DataLayers, we provide complimentary re-calibration under our 1-Year Free Dedicated Support package.

5. Legal Registration
