1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our server-side tracking and analytics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Services Provided

Launchmate.online provides specialized technical services including, but not limited to:

• Server-side tracking setup via Google Tag Manager & Cloudflare Workers.
• Meta Conversions API (CAPI), TikTok Events API, and GA4 configurations.
• DataLayer architecture for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, custom builds).

3. Client Responsibilities

To perform our services effectively, clients must provide necessary access to relevant platforms (GTM, Meta Business Manager, Cloudflare, etc.). Clients are responsible for ensuring that their own websites comply with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) regarding cookie consent and data collection before we implement tracking solutions.

4. Intellectual Property

The custom code, scripts, and architectures developed by Launchmate.online remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the tracking infrastructure for their specific business.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Launchmate.online be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tracking solutions we provide. We configure pipelines based on platform APIs that are subject to change by third parties (e.g., Facebook, Google).
